Contest Rules and Conditions

Winners are not picked at random; they are determined purely by the player's performance. The result is read directly from the ranking. There is no draw, raffle or comparable element of chance.

No payment is made to enter the contest, and no purchase of any kind is required. Entry is possible solely by playing one of the platform's games for free.

To enter the contest, both of the following conditions must be met:

• You must have an account on this site. Playing the game alone is not enough to enter; sending a prize requires a registered email address.
• You must use the same email address in the game as on this account. Game progress and the site account are matched through that address. The result of an entrant who plays with a different address cannot be evaluated and no prize can be sent.

In addition:

• There is no age limit.
• There is no geographic restriction; because the prize codes are region-free, entries from every country are accepted.
• Each entrant may enter with one account only.
• Employees of Hezarfen Technologies and their immediate relatives may not enter.

Every season has two separate rankings and two separate prize groups:

• First to complete the goal — The players who complete the goal earliest win. The first 10 people in this ranking win a prize.
• Most gold collected — The players who collect the most gold during the season win. The first 20 people in this ranking win a prize.

The categories and their criteria may differ from contest to contest; every season belongs to a single game and is judged by that game's own criteria. The applicable categories are announced on the contest page.

In the event of a tie, the player who reached the relevant value first is ranked higher. The ranking rules are deterministic: the same calculation on the same data always produces the same result.

A player may win a prize in both categories; the categories are independent of each other.

No leaderboard is published for the duration of the contest. This applies to a player's own position as well. An entrant sees their progress only inside the game.

The reason is to keep the contest fair. A live leaderboard tells anyone willing to break the rules exactly which threshold they need to beat, and makes it easy to snatch a place in the closing moments of a season.

The full ranking is not published after the season closes either. The only public list is the winners. Entrants are not separately told their own position.

As a consequence of this arrangement, the ranking is not independently verifiable. The evaluation is carried out by Hezarfen Technologies on the basis of in-game data, and the correctness of the result is Hezarfen Technologies's responsibility.

Each season has its own prize, announced when the season opens; the applicable prize is stated on the contest page.

The prize of the open season: a Steam game key. The codes are global: they carry no regional restriction and can be redeemed on a Steam account in any country.

The prize is awarded in kind; it is not a cash equivalent, a promise of monetary value or a wallet top-up.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, swapped for another prize or transferred.

After the season closes, the winners are determined by Hezarfen Technologies on the basis of in-game progress data. This evaluation is not automated and announcing the result may take a few days.

The winners are published on the platform's public “Winners” page. Each winner is also notified at the email address linked to their account.

The prize is sent to the email address linked to the winner's account. If you have set a separate prize email in your profile, the prize goes to that address. You therefore need to retain access to the address in question.

The winner must reply to the notification email within 3 days. If no reply is received within that period, the entitlement lapses and the prize passes to the next entrant in the ranking for that category. The transfer continues under the same rule.

Entry is void and the account is excluded from the ranking in the following cases:

• The same person entering with more than one account
• Using tools that automate the game (bots, macros, auto-clickers) or altering game data
• Creating the account with false or unverifiable information
• Any attempt to undermine the security or fairness of the system

This assessment is made by Hezarfen Technologies. In doubtful cases the decision to exclude an account from the contest is made manually; the player concerned may be asked for an explanation if necessary.

• Hezarfen Technologies reserves the right to change the contest rules, the categories, the number of prizes or their frequency, subject to prior announcement.
• In cases of force majeure the contest may be postponed or cancelled.
• Entry means these terms have been accepted.
