By using this site or the applications on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the platform.

Hezarfen Technologies is a platform where users can enter seasonal contests by playing free games. Accounts, rankings and prizes are managed at the platform level; it does not matter which game you play.

• An account is created with Google, Apple or email.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You may not transfer or share your account with anyone else.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile page.

The following are prohibited while using the platform:

• Opening more than one account, or spoofing device or identity information
• Using bots, automation or cheat software
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures
• Gaining unauthorised access to another user's account
• Using the platform for an unlawful purpose

Where such conduct is detected, the account may be suspended or permanently closed, and any ranking achieved may be treated as void.

All trade marks, logos, designs and software on the platform belong to Hezarfen Technologies or to the relevant licence holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

The platform is provided “as is”. Hezarfen Technologies does not guarantee that the service will run without interruption or error, and reserves the right to suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

The platform and the games are provided free of charge, as is. No undertaking is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will always remain up to date.

Hezarfen Technologies cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the platform, nor for disruptions caused by third-party services (stores, sign-in providers, game key vendors).

This limitation does not cover liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced through the platform. Continuing to use the current terms means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes.

For users who qualify as consumers, the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, within the monetary limits prescribed by the relevant legislation, is reserved.
